It was ok, but the ear cuff was missing a gem, I replied as soon as I received it and it took a while
For a repsonse to say that it wound take 10 days to organise a exchange..

No, new line hasn't been recieved...no communication from you guys until this feedback from on what to do with exchange/returns. Please can you look into it and let me know what to do? Ordered on 22nd Nov. Do you want me to return the faulty one and then you will send out the replacement? Please let me know.
