Short shelf life.

Very disappointed about short shelf life on most of my purchased ingredients. When I called to inform Aromantic, a woman told me that next time I should ask for a longer use by date. 3 of my products...

In terms of best before dates, you are reviewing products which were purchased back in July, therefore, the best before dates for all products had a shelf life of at least 7 months. Any items with less than 6 months shelf life generally have a discount of 30%, this discount increases the shorter the life of the product. Looking at your order, you received the appropriate discount for the items which you purchased. Going forward we recommend utilising the special notes section on our online order form. Please highlight within this section that you would like to be informed of all the best before dates prior to despatch. By implementing this procedure, you will know the dates of all products purchased before delivery.
