Thank you very much for taking my call a second ago. I have just checked with our despatch team, and normally the only note of where the order has come from on the outside of the box is a discreet return address label on the side of the box. The reason we include this is so that Royal Mail knows where to return the order to should it not be collected. 

Under normal circumstances, our orders are sent in plain brown boxes with plain packing tape used to seal it. We occasionally use branded tape to help secure items inside the order, but we should never use iton the externally.

As you say your order had a large Allcures logo on the outside, I can only apologise. I will leave a note that all orders to you will only have the return address label on the outside of the box to indicate whereit has come from. If you would rather not have this too, please us know.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, L’Oréal are constantly updating their packaging so we often end up with stock holding of a couple different iterations of packaging. Therefore, the stock someone orders in the morning may not have the same packaging as the one in the afternoon. We do our best to keep our images up to date, but regrettably situations like yours occur from time to time. 

In cases such as this, we are prepared to offer you fullrefund, including the cost of returning the item. I will email you directlywith the return address shortly.
