I’ve been able to accomplish exactly what I wanted to use Affinity for, and am enjoying it as an extension to my creative endeavours.

Updates have fixed bird feather sharpening but lighting still leaves a halo around subject with darker background. Sharpen, denoise and gigapixel work great.
