Thank you for your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry for the experience you’ve had. The same day you raised the issue with us we requested a replacement valve from the brand. It then took 4 working days for us to get their confirmation that they would send this out directly to you. As we explained in our emails, we don’t hold replacement valves on site, so when we need to rely on the brand directly it can take longer than any of us would like. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been for you to wait so long for something that should have been resolved quickly, and we’re really sorry it ended up taking a month. Please know we did chase this through on your behalf and can only apologise again for the time it took for the brand to fulfil the replacement.
