Recenzie na ABC Boat Hire

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re really sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties during your holiday, particularly with the congestion and the challenges of finding suitable places to moor. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed Sandpiper, our team and the spectacular scenery, but we completely understand how the delays and difficulty progressing along the canal would have affected your trip. We’ll raise your comments with the marina and ask them to report these concerns to the Canal & River Trust (CRT), particularly regarding the abandoned and sunken boats and the impact this is having on navigation and mooring. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope we can welcome you back for a more enjoyable and relaxing canal holiday in the future. ABC Boat Hire

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the water shortage meant you were unable to travel the route you had originally planned, although we’re delighted to hear that you still had a pleasant time exploring in the opposite direction. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we’re unable to guarantee a particular route, as the Canal & River Trust carries out essential maintenance to ensure the waterways remain safe for all our customers. We’re pleased that you were able to enjoy your alternative route and if you had let us know about the maps we could have exchanged these for you to help with your journey. Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable trip in the future. ABC Boat Hire
