We have looked into this for you and I can see that my colleague did liaise with you regarding this. Your order was dispatched, delivered and signed for on time, however this was to your billing address that you entered when placing the order. Please note; that we currently do not offer the option to have a different billing and delivery address.
Took nearly four weeks from initial order for shoes to arrive and then only one of the two pairs I ordered turned up as apparently one pair were lost in their warehouse. Was given a voucher for next...

We are so sorry for the delay in receiving your order. I have looked into this and can see that this did in-fact take 12 working days which is obviously a lot longer than our 5-7 working days estimate. I am sure one of our colleagues did explain, but we did have a serious issue with one of our couriers having lost a vast amount of cartons that were on the way to our main warehouse for dispatch. This meant that in a lot of cases we had to re-call items and/ or cancel items from customers orders. We can completely appreciate how frustrating this must have been for you, and is by no means acceptable or common practice for us as a company. This is something we have taken up with our courier to hopefully prevent for future. We do hope you will use the offer we provided as a way of an apology. Again, we sincerely apologise.
