OK organisation, but sometimes you have to ask a few times to get what you
Ok service, fairly quick resolution, although had to contact the company a couple of times to get what I wanted.

Very attentive, however I did find it difficult to hear what was being said and this hasn't been the first incident of this. My requests were dealt with promptly.
