We have attempted to contact you today (20.02) to discuss your comments and provide an update on your claim. It would seem we are awaiting signed documentation from yourself before we can continue with your claim.

A separate email has been sent to you regarding this and we hope we can discuss this with you as soon as possible.

We note payment was sent to Bott and Co on 28th November 2023. Our accounts team raised payment to be sent to you on 29th November 2023. On 27th December, your bank returned payment back to our account.

We then raised payment again on 3rd January 2024 and your bank returned payment again on 8th January 2024. We attempted to send payment to you again on 15th January and that payment was again returned on 19th January 2024.

Unfortunately, it would seem there is an issue with your bank receiving payment from our bank. The manager of the department has contacted you by email in order for payment to be made.
