Not bad, but not great
There are not enough staff. So emails dont get replied to for weeks. Also they arent that great at knowing at connecting policies. So we have buildings and vehicle yet one is updated with no of fte...

So far, so good!
Very easy to renew - which is all I’ve had to do! Never had to make a claim which is when you really find out!

Flood at Little Paxton Village Hall
Outstanding service when we had a major flood. The claims adjuster was amazing. Our sprung dance floor was replaced and all associated costs met.
