I have to say that I received some of the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced from you went above and beyond to get a birthday present to me on time when the delay was no body...
Money was taken out of my account 1 week later than expected and so made me go overdrawn.

We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. Actually, we received your money the day you placed your order, so the delay in the debit from your account is down to your Paypal settings - which have possibly defaulted to 'payment on delivery'.
