Paid extra to have item delivered before sent but I still haven't received it. Sent email to ask where my item was but have had no reply.

Your item was despatched on the 23rd following your order after 12noon on the 22nd. It was sent by 24hr next day delivery and Parcelforce attempted delivery at 0845 on the 24th but they were unable to deliver due to no answer at the door. Parcelforce tracking shows all of these details which you can see yourself.
The message you left this morning was answered within 1h 30mins despite the fact we are closed. I can see you received your canvas this morning at 0912 as this is the first available day for delivery after Xmas Eve.
I am sorry you did not receive your canvas in time for Christmas but we did everything correctly our end and if you were not in to receive the item then it seems rather harsh to give us a negative review for something that was not our fault!

High quality product delivered quickly and with good service. Would recommend.
Firstly I was sent the wrong items, I called and was told the new ones I had ordered would be with me for Christmas and they were not delivered
