Hi Joyce. Very sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the payment timing. We had communicated with you several times about the order. You placed the order on Saturday August 31 and put the Panera card in a regular envelope with regular postage and no tracking. USPS says 3-7 business days to receive a package via First Class postage. We responded to your inquiry on September 8 indicating that we had not yet received the envelope. Monday September 2 was Labor Day and the USPS does not operate. So, your envelope went out on September 3 and we did receive it on September 9. This is 4 business days and well within the USPS delivery window. We did receive and verify the order on September 9. Then, the payment was issued on September 10 and mailed on September 11. We send payments via USPS First Class mail and they indicate 3-7 business days for delivery. You contacted us on September 19 indicating that you had not received the check and we responded with the status on September 20. You deposited the check on September 26. So, it looks like the check arrived in a maximum of 11 business days. Unfortunately, this delay does happen from time to time with USPS First Class mail. I am very sorry that the payment was delayed and hope we can do business with you again. If you would like expedited shipping of the payment please let us know and we can provide pricing.
