Pretty good all round with one or two technical details not quite up there. Wish it was easier to see dealing prices without having to put in an order and then back out of it. Plus, on the mobile app...

you could do better
Slow response to secure messages. it took 3 phone calls to change our bank a/c details. we were actually told they had been changed when in fact they had not!
Offering a flexible ISA like Barclays...

We are always looking to improve our website experience, so we will pass your feedback regarding charts on the relevant team. At this time we are not planning to introduce a flexible ISA.

SIPP administration
If they don't offer the same level of service as other Low cost SIPP providers they will lose business, eg policy not to pay IFA feed out of pension transfer pot.

Satisfactory but room for improvement.
Hopelessly inaccurate daily closing prices on my portfolio, more accurate results would be welcome.
Generally impossible to deal in relatively large amounts, esp when trying to place Sell orders.

Thanks for your feedback, portfolio prices are updated on a 15 minute delayed basis from 08:16am to 4:45pm each business day. Between 4:45pm and 4:50pm share prices will change to reflect the London Stock Exchange’s closing auction process, shortly after 4:50pm the closing auction or final closing price will be shown. Online quotes in larger sizes will be dependent on the liquidity offered in that security.
