Very user friendlym bar the secure messages
Very clear and straightforward buy and sell process. Cash statement better laid out than some competitors and easier to go back if need to recheck anything from a while back.

Good service
AJ Bell offers a great service, I have a SIPP and an ISA with them, and regularly check my holdings on the website, which is intuitive and easy to use.

What it does, it does well, but limited functionality.
Similicity, Good fingerprint login. It's fast and easy however I have to use other sites too:
- no watch list function.
- no graphs of price history inc current day.
- no newsfeed.

It's an adequate service. The user interface is a bit clunky and the customer service is poor.

A good service as it is that could be a little more user friendly.
It is a good service and comments here are where it could be improved, rather than criticism. I have experience of Hargreaves Lansdown so these comments tend to pick the best of theirs.
