An easy to use site, clothes turned up much sooner than I expected and looked just the same as the photos!! Leggings were great to practice in and looked awesome to boot! 💖

Hello Amanda.
Were sorry you felt our service was only 1 star. This isn't what we want. However I'm pleased to see that your order did arrive with you.
Just to clarify, the delivery of your item did arrive with you when it was due. As you know you selected the Standard 5 working day delivery option and the order was delivered on the 5th working day. This seemed extended due to the Long Easter Bank holiday. Unfortunately the bank holiday days and weekend don't count towards the working days. There is nothing we can do to change this and it is the same for all retailers and carriers.
As you know we do offer a next day service if you need your items quicker.
I hope this has clarified our shipping options. Rest assured we work hard to ensure we offer the very best shipping options for our customers and try to make the shipping timelines as clear as possible to manage expectations. We always try where possible to exceed our customers expectations.

Service is great - but when I want to purchase certain items that are never in stock and I never receive an email to say when they will be back in stock :(
