We are truly sorry that you were sent the wrong item. This is not what we want. Rest assured we will get this rectified for you with the minimum of fuss.
We operate a fully scanned stock control / dispatch warehouse that scans all items in and out. In theory this should eliminate any issues like this, so it is disappointing to hear something hasn't worked as it should. It is likely an item has been incorrectly labelled/barcoded from the supplier and it hasn't been picked up. We will get our warehouse to check all stock of both of these items to isolate and fix the problem immediately.
As a matter of goodwill please keep the item you have been sent incorrectly (no need to return it to us) and I will ensure the correct item you ordered is sent to you by DHL Express when we open again on Monday.
If you could please send us an image of the label/barcode of the incorrect product received so we can see if this was the issue and investigate to info@yogarebel.com we would appreciate it.
Once again , we truly apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
