Hello Elgin. Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you felt our service deserved only 1 star. We truly try to exceed our customers expectations on their shopping experience with us.
I have looked into your order details and we can see you selected the FREE click & Collect service where your item is sent to a local shop of your choice. I can see that your order was picked packed and dispatched as it should have been and was sent via a fully tracked service to this store. This service which is supplied by our partner Hubbox then relies on the local retailer to log the item as received on their system so that it triggers the confirmation e-mails to you with details on collection to be sent to you. If this didn't happen I can only assume that the parcel wasn't logged correctly but it was at the retailer awaiting your collection.
We will contact Hubbox to ensure that the correct e-mails are sent when they should as it is frustrating for everyone when something as simple as this spolis the shopping experience for our customers which we clearly do not want. Please remember that our customer service team are always on hand to answer any questions and can chase up deliveries and/or let you know if there has been any issues with the delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and please let us know if you have still not received the collection information from Hubbox. Regards Greg. Yoga Rebel
