Hi Florence. Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you felt frustrated shopping with us. It's certainly not what we want.

For a variety of reasons this stock 'issue' is something that will happen from time to time especially on sale or end of season products.

STOCK: As we source from smaller independent brands (unlike Nike and Adidas) most products are produced on a limited run. This means we will get our initial stock and then when it sells out that's it. It is very difficult for us to get stock top ups to keep the full availability of items and sizes at all times. We look to buy enough stock to keep full availability for the whole season but demand for a particular item can be unpredictable and we end up selling out of some items quicker than we expected. This is why we urge customers to sign up to our newsletter and be informed when new stock arrives and this way you will always have the full selection of items and sizes to choose from.

TECHNOLOGY: Unfortunately it is technologically quite difficult for us to add a size browser to our site (we've looked) not least because, as a multi-brand retailer all brands work to different sizing parameters. A 'Small' for one brand might be a 'Medium' in another and so on. Also some brands have quite wide 'dress' sizing (8-12) and others are specific (8).  Others are 'One Size'! As a result trying to standardise this large variety of different sizing and methods is almost impossible for it to be a workable solution for ourselves and more importantly, our customers.

For the most part it is unusual for there to be sold out sizes for non sale items, but unfortunately it will happen from time to time. Rest assured we have this on our list and if we can find a way to make it work we will. Thanks again for the feedback. Greg Yoga Rebel

Hi there Maija. We are very sorry to hear you were sent an item in a different colour to what you ordered. We operate a fully barcoded warehouse which (in theory) should make the sending of incorrect items impossible, but from time to time we do get items from suppliers with the wrong label attached and our system registers it as a product it isn't.
