Hi Sylwia. Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you are disappointed with our service. Looking at your order we can see it was placed on Saturday when we are closed. Therefore the first available date we could pack and ship your order would usually be Monday, but as we had a U.K May Day National holiday on Monday it meant all shipments were pushed back to dispatch on Tuesday as there was no business or courier company working on that day in the U.K. I see your item was indeed picked packed and dispatched on Tuesday and is with the delivery courier today. This delivery is on schedule. In future if you have any queries about the delivery timelines or U.K holidays please feel free to contact our customer support team who will be happy to advise.
