Hi Ruth. Were sorry you felt our service was only deserving of 1 star. We truly aim to provide all our customers a 5 star service. Looking at your order we can see you selected the Click & Collect option and had the item sent to a local retailer. I understand that retailer had actually closed the business permanently which meant your item was undelivered. It seems like a very unfortunate set of circumstances and I know HUBBOX who operate the Click & Collect rely on the retailer to keep them updated in the event they close. Unfortunately this didn't happen. I understand the item is being returned to us and when we receive the item back we will dispatch this to you directly. Hi Heini. Thanks for your feedback. The point is something we are aware of and is something we have looked at adding to our site but we have not found a workable solution yet. Unfortunately it is technologically quite difficult for us to add a size browser to our site, not least because, as a multi-brand retailer all brands work to different sizing parameters. A 'Small' for one brand might be a 'Medium' in another and so on. So we end up with Small items along with Mediums in the same category and customers are more confused than they were in the first place. Also some brands have quite wide 'dress' sizing (8-12) and others are specific (8).  Others are 'One Size'! As a result trying to standardise this large variety of different sizing and methods is almost impossible for it to be a workable solution for ourselves and more importantly, our customers.For the most part it is unusual for there to be sold out sizes for non sale items, but unfortunately it will happen from time to time. Rest assured we have this on our list and if we can find a way to make it work we will. Thanks again for the feedback. Greg Yoga Rebel
