Shipping was a bit slow but I assumed that was because of the few weeks of bad weather in the Northeast. Otherwise it’s always a positive experience when I shop Webs.
I’m very angry that my refund was less than what I paid for the yarn in the first place and no one has respnded to my emails asking about that.
