Prompt delivery , fit and quality good as usual . Pleased with colour as wasn’t my first choice. I would purchase from Pure again . Have several of their sweaters and they wear well .

I do apologise you received a faulty garment from us. We ask you to kindly return the garment to us and we will reimburse your postage cost if the item is deemed faulty. Take your parcel to the Post Office and request the standard parcel delivery service. Please supply your name, address of the faulty item.
