order arrived fairly but I was very disappointed that the pen boxes had been sent in a plastic envelope and therefore the boxes were squashed on arrival and I could not use them to store the 60 pens

(additional) the post office shop were very quick to reply to my earlier comments and also helped to restore their good service in my eyes.
Delivery took over a week after being advised that the item had been despatched which was disappointing. Other than that everything else was fine.

Upon investigation of your order, I can see your items were ordered on 25.10.2013 which was a Friday. Upon selecting the Royal Mail delivery option, your order can take up to 5 working days to be received by you.
