rate in order
accommodation needs to be rated in stars and price categories for speed and convenience of your booking members. Members should not be required to pay up front to receive "mates rates".

I understood when I made the booking that I would not have to pay until I went to the hotel to book in but it's waiting pending on my bank account so was not too impressed I have emailed you about it...
