Good hotel stay
Payments are immediate, not pay later just prior to arrival at the hotel as advertised on wotifs main hotel pages. Could be deep in the terms and conditions possibly.

not user friendly, wrong date - no money back
my elderly mother tried to use the service and she booked for the wrong date. We had no reminder email and only found out she booked the wrong date when they asked by email 3 days later how her stay...
