Website was easy to use and informative.
Service was good but I couldn’t always have my first choice of motel because they wouldn’t take payment on my British prepayment debit card.

Fast, easy and great deal
The website was easy to navigate and the pricing was better than other sites. I shop often on travel sites and always leave Wotif till last knowing I’ll get a great deal.

Never Again.
Very poor. Online chat not suitable for my cancellation request. Clearly online person did not follow through with my request.
