Great! I have been a Wotif user for many years now, and still think it is the best hotel booking site out there.

The service and experience was terrible. I have used wotif for 15 years. The hotel was going to turn us away (when had paid) as wotif hadn't sent the confirmation to the Novotel. My son was in tears....

Awful!
Horrible, i booked via wotif, advised payment required 7 days before stay and there is a 100% cancellation policy. Money for accommodation was taken out immediately and then i have given a refund...
