Firstly, thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide your feedback on the recent sale of your week through Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket.
Naturally, we were disappointed to note your comments and that you felt that the correspondence was below the expected standards.
Having looked at the records on your transaction it would appear that the buyer paid the money to the trustees on the 13th April and we received your signed paperwork on the 26th April. The transfer of ownership was completed and the payment to you was raised on the 30th June, well within our stated guidelines of 90 days.
The sale of your week was conducted on the basis of the new owner having use of the week from 2018 onwards. During the transfer process, the prospective new owner asked if it would be possible to have a reservation put in place for May 2018 to make maximum use of the resort's 12 month booking window. This request was passed onto you and this had to be followed up over the following fortnight as we did not received any response back from you.
Of course, we would always want both buyer and seller to be very happy with the level of services provided. We regret that you do not feel this was the case in this example, but we would hope that you would consider making use of us again in the future.
