Good afternoon, Thank you for your positive feedback, we are pleased you are happy with your poncho, we appreciate you taking the time to leave your review. In regard to pilling, we do expect some pilling initially with natural fibres, however, this should be a temporary process. All wool has short and long fibres, the shorter fibers will naturally work their way to the surface and once these have gone you are left with long fibres that will not pill. The pills can easily be removed with a pilling comb and the pilling should settle after the first few wears and wash. Kind regards, Jason. Customer services.
