Hello Anna, Thank you for your feedback.  I am sorry to hear that your garment was badly creased on arrival to you.  We do take care when packing customers orders and usually they arrive without problems from here in the UK.  I think possibly your garment has got a bit squashed in transit causing the creases. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
