Firstly may I thank you for taking the time to leave feedback re your experience with Woodhouse Clothing. All feedback both positive and negative, help us to ensure that we are improving in the areas necessary to ensure that our customers journey is as efficient and seamless as possible. I have looked into your returned items and can see that the items were received by the returns department at 15.24 on Friday 28th August, this was then processed on Tuesday 1st September,the next working day (we were closed on the bank holiday).Our policy is to process all returns within 4 working days,although the payment can take a further 3-4 working days to appear in your bank account. I appreciate the disappointment felt when you would like to exchange the items and the goods you want are out of stock,I am sorry you were left disappointed on this occasion. We are always looking at how we can improve our service and take on board your comments including the charge for returns which will be reviewed in the near future.
