As larger bulk buys require less packaging and processing per square metre, we offer improved prices on these orders. unfortunately we cannot apply this to small orders which are considerably more expensive to package and deliver per metre. Our online calculator is used 1000's of times each day, and we have also double checked after reading your review. We can confirm it is 100% accurate.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our returns policy. It is very clearly displayed on our website, and is a very normal returns policy. All of our customers can of course return unused/ unopened items without any issue. Full details of our policy are highlighted in the delivery section of our website, available on every product page. You did send any email, stating that you were unhappy with the rustic features of the flooring. This product is called "Rustic Parquet Oak" due to the very "rustic" features. The photos highlight this very clearly and the description puts extra emphasis on the rustic features. I am sorry that you missed this information on our website, and felt the need to leave us multiple bad reviews because of this.
