I made my purchase through a local furniture retailer (ie I was not directly in contact with Wood Bros) but I was happy that the item was delivered earlier than had been estimated.
Service from initial enquiry through to purchase and delivery was very personalised and of superb quality.

Disappointed that I had to wait longer than quoted because the chair was damaged in transit from factory to the store.It appears to be all right.The delivery men were very pleasant and helpful
