I am so sorry that the scarf has not arrived yet; this is very unusual as we send all our items recorded delivery which normally takes around 2/3 days maximum. According to our tracking, this item is still progressing through the system. Please do get in touch and let us know if you would like to cancel the order and we will refund you and wait for the scarf to come back to our office.
