Thank you for the feedback. We are so glad you were happy with our service. Our cashmere is high quality and should not itch at all. If you wash our products on the low hand wash setting in the machine it will come out even softer against the skin. Shelly

Thank you for your feedback but we are a little confused over your comments. Your first order was refunded in full and thus the postage cost loss was in fact ours, not yours. The reason the first package was returned to the UK was due to your local postal staff not locating the address you had given us. We have no control over the address on the package as this is input by the customer, not Willow Cashmere. Thus confusion over East and West must be taken up with your local postal delivery. Further to your request, we sent out another scarf and I do hope this has arrived. I am not sure why you think you have been charged 80 dollars postage as this is not the case. I have checked your refund and it was made immediately and in full. Please do email info@willowcashmere if you wish to have further clarification. Shelly

So sorry to hear that you did not find the poncho easy to wear. Our classic poncho is one of our bestselling styles and has been for many years. We will of course check it as soon as it arrives back to us to see if there is perhaps a fault with the one you received. Shelly
