Unfortunately my opinion of the customer service of this company is rapidly declining. Despite a promise of being provided with a tracking number "today" by Sarah (i.e. on 13 January), I have not received it. I have emailed twice now asking for this information and have received no reply. I am anxious because the item purchased is a 60th birthday gift for my sister to be delivered to USA. Perhaps the £242 I have spent on the travel wrap, gift packaging and shipping charges is not a lot of money to Sarah Chelton but it is to me. If someone could please just give me a tracking number I would be grateful. Thank you. Please do not make promises you do not fulfil.

Sarah is now tracking the package and service has gone from dire to excellent. But honestly, I would have been happy to track if I got the details!
We're sorry to hear you returned the star scarf. We use very high quality cashmere for our scarves so they should be very soft to the touch and get softer and softer with every wear. We appreciate the feedback and will check the scarf as soon as we receive it back in the office.
