We are very sorry that you were disappointed, we pride ourselves on our customer services and this is reflected in many of our other Feefo reviews. We made it very clear in our email to you on the 19th of August confirming your order that the delivery was a 9am-6pm delivery service, Tuesday to Thursday. We are only a small family run business and rely on the pallet network to make the majority of our deliveries. They do on the whole deliver in the morning but the network is currently under strain due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Your turf was delivered on the day it was supposed to and we hope you enjoy the area in the spring when it starts to flower.
