Thanks for your feedback on your recent order. Its a shame to hear that you were not satisfied with your results. Our products are specially formulated to eradicate yellowing tones in white or grey hair. However, there are lots of other factors out of our control which can cause this to happen. For example, yellowing can be caused by spending time in the sun, by using other products that contain harsh chemicals or pollutants, and even by using heated hair appliances such as straighteners or tongs. These can all cause your hair colour and condition to alter, but please be assured the build up of yellow will not be due to using our products. Thanks again for getting in touch. Thank you for your comment. We are pleased you're enjoying using our products. With regards to delivery, we agree it's 'rubbish' to find your parcel in the bin! We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries and unfortunately have no influence over this end part of the process. However, we haven't received any other feedback like this so hopefully it's an isolated incident. White Hot Customer Care

Thanks for your comment. We always aim for the opening of our products to be an enjoyable experience which is why we wrap them in tissue paper, but we do understand your concerns. In terms of price, we have a standard Recommended Retail Price, but we are aware that other stockists sometimes run promotions. Thank you for your lovely review. You should only need a small amount of Shooshing Crème on your fingertips, but of course it depends how long your hair is and your preference.
