The link to Royal Mail - printing a label for return did not function.
However. I did not have to return coin in the end.

Hi, I’m sorry the Royal Mail returns link didn’t work for you when you tried to use it. The process should have worked as expected, so we appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention. I’m pleased a return was ultimately not required, and thank you for your feedback.
Kind regards,
Christian

Hi, I’m sorry for the missing badge and the confusion that followed. You’re right that this was an issue with our fulfilment, not Royal Mail, and our communication should have reflected that. I’m pleased the replacement badge has now arrived, and we appreciate your fair feedback.
Kind regards,
Christian
