On the whole they do well but recently I have one order payment returned, with no reason given. I’m assuming that the product was sold out. I don’t know for sure. I was also waiting for another order...

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback, and I can see that owing to errors made by us we have caused you some great confusion, and I would like to apologise for this.
Unfortunately when your order was originally invoiced, the system stated there was stock, but this was an error and therefore your order was returned and replaced. Owing to an oversight during the returns process the stock was not adjusted accordingly which caused your order to re-invoice.
I can assure you any funds taken have been returned or cancelled prior to request and these types of errors are rare and am sorry for the confusion it has caused you.
We are currently expecting to complete all outstanding orders by 20th May, and should this change owing to the current circumstances we will of course inform you.
