Although the whole itinerary was organised by Wendy Wu, the additional shows/tours which we had to pay for did not go down well with the group. It felt we were obliged to pay or felt left out if we did not go. These should have been included with the rest of the trip.

Welcome back from your Glories of China tour! We are pleased to hear that the service provided exceeded expectations, along with the itinerary chosen. We are sorry to hear that you felt obligated to attend the optional extras provided. We are sure you can appreciate that whilst our customers are extremely happy with, and chose set group itineraries visiting the best highlights in China, we have customers who wish to tailor their experience a little more, by booking selected extra excursions by choice to do in their spare time. We hope you will travel with us again in the future to experience other great itineraries Wendy Wu tours have to offer! Kind regards, Shanice

We were impressed by the level of organisation and planning involved in our tour. Everything ran on time and this was largely down to the hard work and organisation of our national guide Gary.
