The single supplements are an option provided so our single passengers can enjoy a accommodation with no need to share and single rooms in Japan do tend to be typically small. But we do note and take your dissatisfaction on board. Our guides do try to action any dissatisfaction at the time, so it is pleasing that you were given the room type you required.
