Welcome home and thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you had an enjoyable holiday and your national ****** Michelle and your other guides provided a good service and were attentive to all your needs. We will take on board your comments regarding your optional excursions as we are constantly looking to improve our tours. Not every customer wants to go on every optional trip, but for people like yourselves who like to make the most of everything on offer we understand how the use of card would be helpful. We are glad that you had a fantastic tour, and we hope to see you on another Wendy Wu tour in the future. Kind regards, Melissa
