Good morning,
Your order was received on Sunday 1st and shipped on Monday the 2nd. We exclusivly use Royal Mail tracked 48 hour sevice for our 'standard' service. The system unfortunately does not alert my team to 'exceptions'. Having checked after receiving your review, the package is due for delivery today. If it is not received, please let me know and I shall send a second via DPD.

The contact was friendly and answered my questions regarding the Active 70cl bottle with with advice regarding what to do with the filter if the bottle was not in constant use ie between holidays
