Dear Valued Customer,

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, so are sorry to hear that we didn’t live up to that promise on this occasion.

Our products should always be dispatched promptly, and on the rare occasion they are not, we try to offer an alternative and explain why the delay had arisen. This clearly didn’t happen in this instance so we apologise that we were not able to honour the next day delivery service and that you were not spoken to.

We do hope that you were pleased with the products when they arrived and again apologise for our short-comings on this occasion.
