There seems to be too many people involved. Car hire company/ Insurer and repairer all needing to be involved and therefore causing more admin.

I tried for 1 week to get thorough to get the refund of half the excess forever to speak to an advisor and put on hold then passes through to different teams and my repairs took nearly 2 weeks
