All our connections/flights etc ran smoothly. The booking was organised well after several amendments. All tickets were sent efficiently and all queries answered fast.

Quick response to the few queries I had.
Information arrived promptly. Probably could have had a timescale of information arriving (ie tickets) as I did get concerned at one stage.
