I just wanted to reassure you that this supplement is perfectly safe: The NRV is not a maximum recommended daily limit, it is an estimation of the minimum amount of a vitamin or mineral that an average healthy person would require in order to prevent deficiency. Our Super B Complex is designed to be a high-strength supplement for people with a particular need to replenish b-vitamin levels, which might be due to diet, old age, stress, pregnancy, dieting, excessive exercise, a very busy lifestyle or many other factors. For this reason it purposefully provides doses well in-excess of the daily NRVs. All the vitamins in this complex are water-soluble, meaning any excess or unused vitamins are passed out of the body in your urine (which you may notice), hence there is really no danger or risk to your health from exceeding these figures. However we do advise splitting the 2 tablet dosage into 2 separate daily servings to keep levels high throughout the day and drinking plenty of water with it. A single tablet dosage is perfectly adequate as a daily top-up, however you may find that levels have been diminished by later in the day. To make it an effective 'super' b complex that serves those people with a greater need to replenish and increase levels of these important micronutrients, the 2 tablet daily dosage is applicable. We also apologise for the strong smell of the tablets. Unfortunately this is a side-effect of using the most absorbable vitamin forms possible, which are somewhat pungent.
