Easy online booking. When help needed, staff very helpful. We had to rearrange a holiday to Isle of Man and staff at VisitIOM couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. Rearranged everything...

Great service
Really pleased - the team and especially Jordan, went out of their way to ensure all details were as we wanted them. They also sorted out a change quickly and with minimum fuss. Recommended

Outstanding
Absolutely outstanding help, very friendly, accurate and pleasant to deal with. Typical of the island as a whole. Will definitely be back and am hoping to move permanently in the near future.

Firstly, I am sorry that you weren't completely happy with the booking experience on this occasion. I believe this may be down to a technical fault at the time and we will investigate to try and find out the cause to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
At the time of booking, our Low Deposit scheme should have been offered to you on the phone and I apologise the scheme was not offered.

Very useful site for I.O.M. information
Jamie at I.O.Man booking service was really efficient in securing me late booked accommodation,for which i have paid. I've not yet received confirmation ,but hopefully i soon will.
